​​This is outdoor event, and you are responsible for your own table, chairs and/or canopy’s *Your Vendor Fee gets you 2 vendor passes

80’ Vendor Space n ($250) Food Trucks ($250) *Limited amount will be accepted 10’ Non-Profit Space (Free *Must show proof of non-profit status)

Booth locations are determined by registration date so register early.

* Please note that vendors are NOT permitted to share booth space. Only one company per space.

* If you plan to park a vehicle in your booth space, it must fit in the booth dimensions that you have reserved.
* Tents must fit in the booth size you reserved.

* Payment is due when submitting applications.
When Can I Set Up?
Food Trailers/Trucks can set up on Thursday July 10, 2025 from 6-8pm
Friday July 11, 2025 starting at 8am
Vendors can set-up starting on Friday, July 11, 2025 beginning at 8:00am.
Upon entering the Fair Grounds, an Event Staff member will introduce themselves and guide you to your vendor space.
